Could you not use warm milk instead of warm water and milk powder? It just seems like an extra ingredient that not everyone has on hand.

if you have a gluten allergy this flour is okay but if you have a wheat allergy you cannot use it. i had an allergic reaction to it

Can you leave out the whole milk powder (same for the substitutes). It’s not something we keep on hand or use so it would be an ingredient that sits in my pantry
