Cops should have to carry their own insurance policies. No more qualified immunity. that way they get sued personally! that way when their insurance policies are so high they can't afford it and have to quit the force.

My bonus is effected by people I have no direct contact with. Their actions or non actions effect the payout. Officers should not be able to use public dollars to fund their lawsuits and their shared pension funds should be used.

It’s legal for cops to come in an arrest you without a warrant. It’s illegal to search without a warrant
