it still has no sound, in game volume is up and in settings as well. my phone is turned up..

I don't know why. When I play Roblox, the sound is very low, even though the volume is full. But if i open another application, the sound is normal. 😭

for me when im using my sony headphones, on my phone the audio is AWFUL quality but on my computer using the same headphones the quality is perfectly fine. anybody know how to fix it?
