there’s also a sizable asian (i think it’s viet/chinese) community in san leandro/san lorenzo/castro valley/haywad. shoutout to all the viet restaurants scattered in each neighborhood, these were my favorite places to go during winter time for soup💚💚

This is great! I especially appreciate that you included Lao and Cambodian mobility pathways in your video, as someone who grew up in Richmond those are the Asian diasporas I’m more familiar with yet they’re often left out of Bay Area Asian Am culture videos. My familiarity is limited to the East Bay but everything you said felt spot-on!
