I wish the company and SMs could agree on whether this is a clean play task ONLY (since it's in the book) or if it needs done daily. I'm tired of the back and forth 😭 when i started 4 1/2 years ago they were doing it daily. Then we switched and only did it during CP for like 3 years. Now we're back doing it daily. PICK ONE PLEASE😩

in my country, we need to put kay 5 which is the type of cleaning or soap material and clean it, we use the same sanitize water to clean the whole process with gloves. But it is very clean as I see your process

We can’t do this often as we have to do it whilst we’re open, we only get 30 mins before we open (for bake in house, delivery ect) and 15mins after we close (banking, floor cleaning ect) 😭😭
