the professional cares about the warranty, the professional doesn't buy craftsman.

Buddy hasn’t used one of those tools.. warranty is everything. Regardless you should have a spare.. at a shop those wouldn’t last. Craftsman hasn’t been good in 25 years

No matter how good a tool is, it will break eventually. That’s why a warranty is needed

Those craftsman have too much back-drag, don’t have enough teeth and don’t have the swivel mechanisms needed for EVERYDAY wrenching

Gotta have a warranty. I pay good money for my tools. So if one of my 20 ratchets go out I can use my other and warranty my broken one

Kyle :
Just build a relationship with the tool dealers, they will come to you to warranty if your relationship is good enough with them

… buddy if I’m 22 years old just starting the trade and I’m buying tools that cost big $ and are supposed to make money, and then I have to buy them again when they break, or I have someone to trade me out a new one every single time no question

WesLee :
Bro said expensive tools, then when they break you drive to the store, those aren’t expensive tools, expensive tools show up at your job, you don’t go and drive to a store for “expensive” tool
