@cleansouthafrica: Tshwarelo from Winterveld, Pretoria, recently reached out to us asking for support with a cleanup campaign in her area. 💚 This is exactly what active citizenship looks like, people taking the initiative to make a difference where they live. At Clean South Africa Foundation, we encourage all South Africans to do the same. If your community needs a cleanup, get in touch with us. We’ll provide the tools, resources, and support to make it happen. Together, we can change habits, shift mindsets, and take pride in the spaces we call home. 🇿🇦 #CleanSouthAfrica #ChangingHabits #ChangingMindSets #ActiveCitizens #WasteManagement

The challenge is the law enforcement and municipalities not fining and arresting who litter.Otherwise will will have 100 clean up groups in the townships and will still look the same.I did clean up for a year and abantu don’t listen without consequences. But good luck bafethu hope you win 💯

This freezer-friendly cookie dough is one you’ll wish you had sooner! This brown sugar cookie dough is my secret weapon. It’s soft, chewy, freezer-friendly, and you can mix in anything you love—chocolate chips, toffee bits, Oreos, Reese’s Pieces, sprinkles… whatever you’re craving. Save this one because you’ll make it again and again! The possibilities are completely endless, and allows the freedom to make any flavor of cookie you desire. If it’s for friends, family, or your new micro bakery you will get compliments every time you make these. Could even bulk make the dough and mix in add ins at a later time. Brown Sugar Base Cookie Dough 1 cup butter, melted 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla pinch of salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 3 cups flour 2 TBSP cornstarch 4 TBSP vanilla instant pudding, dry powder * Allow melted butter to cool slightly, mix in both sugars until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Hand mix in dry ingredients until just combined. I prefer hand mixing to keep the dough dense. The more its mixed the more air is introduced into the dough and takes away from a dense chewy cookie. Scoop cookies out and chill cookies for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until barely golden brown. These can easily be over baked and turn out dry, underestimating time is recommended. * * These freeze VERY well! They can either be frozen as dough or baked. I like to scoop out the dough into a tupperware and freeze the cookie dough balls. They can be baked straight from the freezer at 350 degrees for 10-11 minutes. If you choose to bake them and then freeze, bake according to the recipe, cool completely before freezing. I like to store in the freezer in an airtight container. * * As always I like to note that I use a 3 TBSP cookie scoop. This is slightly larger than a lot of standard scoops, so if you are using a smaller one you may want to decrease bake time just slightly. * * I love chilling my cookie dough, I understand this is a very controversial step because of the time it adds to a simple cookie recipe. You can skip it, the cookies will just spread more while baking. I prefer a cookie with a slightly thicker middle and crispy edges, chilling seems to get me exactly what I like. #columbiatablekitchen #sellingcookies #microbakery #cookiedough #cookiesforsale
