How do some people not understand that by law if there are physical signs or reasonable doubt domestic violence was committed the officers HAVE to arrest someone even if the victim didn’t want them to be arrested. 😭

if there are allegations of domestic violence, then someone goes to jail period. Cops have no discretion when it comes to that. you can drop the charges but someone goes to jail.
