no, it’s not right for him to do that because first you could kill the guy and he would’ve died there and he was lucky that he didn’t die. The explosion could’ve gotten through and through to his face to his brain and could’ve went out and he would’ve died next time have a camera which he does and then send the police report and do the video. It’s not that hard. You don’t have to kill a guyand have a video camera right there when you have a video cam and send it to police to report this guy and arrest him.
