Here’s how to use them: Objective Key Result: - Define where you’re going and what success looks like. - Great for ambitious, outcome-driven goals. - You should ask yourself: What would move the needle most? Example Objective: Launch in the US by Q4 Key Result: Hire 10 local team members & reach $1M in ARR from US clients Key Performance Indicator: - Track how well the business is performing day-to-day. - Great for spotting issues early and keeping things on track. - You should ask yourself: Are we performing at the level we should be?
