That pause staring at the cop on the right, was hilarious, the comedic timing was impeccable

This may look like a “thirst trap,” but to me, it’s so much more. Looking back through my camera roll over the past week, posting old videos, I’ve felt a lot of emotions. This was taken last August—before entering a dark place in my life that drained my smile and forced me to guard my trusting, loving heart. Just a reminder: your energy is precious. Always protect your frequency. There will be people who try to tear you down and exploit your kindness in their moments of weakness. I remember this happy and healthy version of myself—before I started losing hair and weight. She’s still here; this is just my reminder that I need to get back to her. What I’ve learned is that if healing makes other people uncomfortable, it’s because they’re only comfortable with the version of you they’ve created in their minds. Or maybe they’re not ready to heal themselves, and need to keep you on their low-frequency level. Or maybe your healing doesn’t align with what they’ve decided is “correct” or “traditional.” At the end of the day, it’s impossible to know what someone else is thinking. The only thing I can control is how I react. Choosing to heal out loud—online—is a vulnerable risk, but it can also be freeing. By doing so, I hope to comfort anyone who has been in similar situations. If that’s you, all I can say is that time will heal, and I promise it gets better. Remind yourself of who you are at your core, and know that your true essence is still there. #Relationship #MentalHealth #energyhealing #sharing
