The 7.3 injectors run off of oil pressure. Not fuel. If you lost oil pressure and it’s not firing the injectors your HPOP has went out.

7.3 is the safest to run out of oil in cuz it shuts down. yes it will shut down if its low on oil. hpop wont have anything to pump the injectors with
