Real talk though, my proudest moment as a bartender at my old job was making the Christmas in July special cocktail that was like a creamy Gingerbread Martini, and it was not only the best selling monthly cocktail of the year, but also the only one to make it onto our permanent cocktail menu update 😍

I always *loved* these customers "do you have X-drink?" (not on the menu) no. "do you have Y?" no "do you have Z?!" no "ugh, what DO you do?!" we do what's on the MENU, MA'AM
