This is how the nars looked on me too. Try the fenty soft matte foundation or the Kylie skin tint both are the only ones that last for me and my skin is oily!! Fenty also has a ton of shades

maybe the foundation doesn't match with your skincare underneath? hard to tell without knowing your entire routine. bit I know the pain of looking worse with makeup and that helped me a lot. still not quite there yet

And you look combination to me it looks like your skin is dehydrated and over, oily in certain spots. Try to use a beta glucan serum or a milky toner.

Micro needling 🥰 it’s just texture skin also you might be mixing with water base and oil base products try using both water based or oil based depending on your skin type

I had the same issue 2 years ago, what i do now is wash my face with only water if i dont have makeup on or a very gentle cleanser and use a gel moisturizer like glow recipe one or tatcha water cream and then i use concealer instead of foundation and i use setting powder until im done with my whole makeup

You don’t need foundation. Just use skin tint. Ilia is good and light

Makeup can enhance texture that is there but can’t see. Need a real Good exfoliation. Good skin prep , then set your makeup! It could also be the foundation with your skin type too.

It’s the oils from your skincare mixing with the foundations babe! I had this same problem and now I use a Korean moisturizer with zero oils in it and it’s helped loads

Have you ever gotten your makeup done by a professional makeup artist? If not you should definitely do it because it always comes out flawless and lasts all day and you can learn the techniques from them!
