It was refreshing, clean, and the perfect way to open up the palate. For the main course, I grilled a whole Branzino and topped it with a Thai inspired salsa verde, then finished it with fresh cilantro, mint, and basil. I served it with fluffy coconut rice and Thai chili shallot green beans for that cozy but elevated touch.
