His direction of travel was really weird. What was he going Southwest on a street that went Northeast? As a gang member she should be able to make up a better lie than that. She sounds so stupid but she must be fun cause the guy agreed so fast and he was late getting to the illegal traffic stop. But don't worry they wrote a ticket for a violation that didn't happen. No such thing as a good cop.

it because they are allowed to need to strip them all of there qualified immunity and make it to wear they are charged twice the maximum allowed since they supposed to know and enforce the law not break it
