We found therapy. We learned to listen and learn. We learned that we don’t need to have all the answers nor do we need to be macho to another man. It’s ok to be aware of who you are as an individual. The yesterday image of a man is no longer. A more stronger and healthier man is here now. We’re letting our kids figure out who they wanna be in their own personal lives and not who we want them to be. Allow our women to live their own lives and not the ones we control. Self awareness and loving yourself as a man is healthy. It sounds like you’re missing the man of yesterday. The same men that raised us and hindered us from being truly great. Taught us boys don’t cry. Taught us to be “hard”. They failed us. It’s on us not to fail the next generation. It’s not a complicated theory really.

so how is this fixed? men for years have been told to stuff their feelings, don't show emotions, be "strong", be a "man". do you know what that turns into? resentment, anger, addiction. I can appreciate what you're trying to say but also feel it goes against trying to get ALL sexes in a healthy mindset. I do believe if most people were mentally healthy the roles would naturally align
