If you don’t know how to do this you will likely experience burn out and a feeling of resentment as it will seem like the people around you are taking advantage of you. People can’t know your limits if you don’t communicate them. It’s also essential to know how to communicate your limits in the right way so you don’t burn bridges or seem like you’re being difficult.
