Save for later☝🏼 •340 kcals •20g PRO, 38g CHO, 12g FAT Serves 1: -1 slice of sourdough bread -50g of low fat cottage cheese -Salt/pepper -Handful of spinach -20g of cheddar/mozzarella -1 egg -15g of hot honey Method: 1. Slice your sourdough and place in the toaster for 1-2 minutes to lightly toast. 2. Remove and place cottage cheese onto the toast. Season with salt and pepper. Air fry at 180 C for 5-10 minutes until crispy and browned on the top. 3. Heat a pan on medium heat. Add spinach and let it wilt down. 4. Sprinkle over the cheddar/mozzarella and let this crispy up. 5. Once the cheese is crispy, crack in the egg. Cover with a lid and let this cook until your yolk is your desired consistency.
