Probably a good idea to try different methods that have proven success and stick with what you enjoy. It’s easier to push yourself if you train in a way that you enjoy.

I see where hes coming from but that training is meant to have a lot of rest throughout the week which the guys didn’t have. High reps for multiple days is harder to recover from. i live by low reps high weight

I trained once maybe twice a week to go heavy full body. I’ve seen great results getting stronger and my muscles are getting bigger just by the rest time. .
