I worked in a very toxic workplace l had a mental breakdown and took me 3 years too recover. It’s not worth it leave leave it doesn’t get better it gets worse 3 years of my life was taken from husband and my children because l couldn’t move or speak

I work in NHS as 1 daughter same age as you, my husband too.Bullying and cruelty continue when managers choose their comfort over calling out the pain inflicted on a beautiful soul. The lovely Care Workers suffer too - my best friend was a Social Worker, on a break from Social work and went to work in a home. The bullying spiteful Carers stressed her out! There’s an army of Cliques Carers who are extremely nasty bullies - real demons! Even I experienced this prior to studying at Uni - they’re wicked!
