@moodbodystudio: These “intuitive scribble” meditations will have to be a TikTok series! I see a kangaroo in this one…must be a season of growth ✨🦘 Without looking, scribble on a page for 5 seconds. Then, enjoy meditative flow state while you color in the shapes & add doodles! This practice is calming, therapeutic, and fun. P.S.
