@jonnycoshoe: I love a good seasonal colour shift 🍂 (Yes, I said colour because I’m using @oligopro 😉) Dramatic changes can be scary—especially when we’re talking about hair extensions you’ve already invested time and money into perfecting. That’s why I’m such a fan of a gentle shift. Today that looked like rooting and lowlighting her extensions with 5.5N Calura Gloss, then toning everything one level darker than her last appointment using 9N + 9NB + 9G. On her natural hair, I kept the face frame highlights minimal—just 12 foils total—then did a root melt and toned her one level deeper than her summer shade. I really believe in the crawl → walk → run philosophy when it comes to evolving a new client’s colour (unless she’s begging for a dramatic change 😅).
