@annaxsitar: i had so much worry in my heart the morning of… fear of all the things that could have gone wrong that it wasn’t until my toes were crossing the start line that i realized how much could go right. and somehow with every moment i felt doubt i said to myself “i haven’t come this far to only come this far” and continued to keep my mind so thankful for things like how STRONG we are, how lucky i am to be running a race i never thought was possible, how joyful the crowds were, how happy my family was, how beautiful the city and the people are. yesterday reawakened a part of my brain i didn’t know i had. and i will be reminding myself of it for a very long time to come.
