After doing a mindfulness meditation. I realized that I was in fact projecting parts of myself onto another person. And I had to call my energy back to myself in order to start filling the hole inside of me. Not 100% healed, but definitely a lot better. I am slowly healing. And strengthening my sense of self every day.

Yeah I had this realisation in therapy and now I’m not entirely sure what love actually is or feels like. Or should feel like. It’s made connecting to new people hard as I cannot tell if I like them or not

Many are chasing unavailable people because deep inside they're also emotionally unavailable. So this dynamic suits them cause they don't really have to commit or face their fear of rejection. A bit like a self fulfilling prophecy
