Omg the mess would love to come and help you get organised .. I’d start with the leak , get your bathroom finished , tip run , shelves in pantry .. make a list of what needs finishing in each room and tick it off you’ll need to get some tradesmen in to help with odd jobs . Winter is here Xmas in 8 weeks ..
