I've been against mono blue forever, however a player in my pod has made two incredibly hateful decks that he plays exclusively now (even though he has 12 other decks). I just made a mono blue to purposely punish those decks. I can't take it anymore

I play a mono-blue with Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir as my commander and it's pretty degenerate but hasn't been updated in years so I bet there's some new crazy stuff I could add to make people hate me even more.
