It’s not just autism those of us with adhd do it too! But the term “over sharing” is a label used to shame us for simply connecting with others. We don’t know any other way!

I am too plus ADHD for what I was screen for as an adult. Plus I have dyslexia. I have over come a lot and do well in my work and environment but that came with a lot of work. I had to make reminders to self to not overshare or over explain. I have a justice need and I had to work on tact as I am honest. Although I'm very empathic and caring. So I had to learn to observe my environment and ajust to it. Can be overwhelming and I need alone time to avoid burn out.
