@islercrest.farms: Spreading manure, we agitate the pits with an agitator pump, on the other side we have 2 lines pumping out the mixed slurry (we were pulling an average of -6 kPa) into a 10inch line (pumping at 115 psi) that line is laid out to the field we’re applying and is connected to the 6 inch drag line that the spreader pulls and distributes the manure onto the field, the pump motor was only running about a 37% load, we weren’t running it very far from the barn it was pumping from. #manure #dragline#agriculture #hogs #fertilizer
