Doesn’t work like this. People who struggle to do things are easily overwhelmed. Just saying you must do something isn’t at all helpful. They already know they must and hate themselves because they aren’t.

Very interesting concept / idea 💡… I really like it. Feels very motivational. Thanks Anthony. I only hope it’s as easy or helpful as you put it. It may take a big push, but I honestly think and get the feeling that empathy and support would be the most helpful approach to this type of situation, as someone here in the comments said earlier on. But I appreciate the effort and advice anyway. I guess it’s all about self-belief in addition to self-motivation. Thx guys.
