I didn’t have any braces for my meniscus repair. Just the bandage for 5 days and then suture removal at 10 days. Walking with crutches and whatever weight bearing I could handle for about a week then just one crutch for about the last three weeks. I can walk around the house without my crutches now. Good luck!

To sleep on your side put a pillow in between your legs or curl your right leg under your left one and put the pillow under your left knee that’s what I did to help side sleeping after my meniscus surgery
