It’s called pitting edema. Fluid buildup can clear out on its own, but needs to be getting better every day. Elevate, encourage circulation with movement, and keep your appointments for follow ups 😁

you're fluid overloaded. It happens in sports medicine. You'll get rid of it, one way or another.

nerve blocker from surgery is a reason that you cant feel. it could last a couple days. also they put a tourniquet on ur upper thigh which can also cuase numbness.
