Perfect for special celebrations🎉 Ingredients: Puff Pastry:4 Large sheets (or combine two smaller sheets by rolling them together) Filling: - 7 cups heavy whipping cream - 1 cup instant vanilla pudding mix (dry, not prepared) - 1 cup confectioners’ sugar Toppings: - dried fruits half dipped in chocolate - Assorted chocolates - Fresh strawberries - Macarons - Fresh flower buds (optional) Instructions: 1. Prepare the Puff Pastry: * Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). * Roll out thawed puff pastry on parchment paper, adjusting edges to fit your number stencil. * Place stencil on the dough and cut around it with a sharp knife. * Remove excess dough and save for later. 2. Bake the Pastry: * Transfer the cut-out number (with parchment) to a baking sheet. * Repeat to make a second identical number. * Cover with another parchment sheet and a second baking sheet to prevent over-puffing. * Bake 30 minutes, or until golden. Cool completely. 3. Make the Cream Filling: * In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, confectioners’ sugar, and instant vanilla pudding mix. * Whip on medium-high speed 5–7 minutes, until stiff peaks form. 4.
