When I cleaned houses, we triple checked what the customer wanted before while clarifying prices because many said they wanted a deep clean then would lose their mind when the bill came.

Thank you for this. I just lost a client because she had unrealistic expectations. I had her for 4 years too. We just were not seeing eye to eye and I tried so hard but this is so important. Realistic expectations!
