Do Milia sound hard? I tried to get what I thought was a whitehead with tweezers, and when I got to the whitehead, I could not grab it. I almost felt like I was getting caught on some hard something in my face, and almost sounded metal-y. I reaaaaaaally have no money for a dermatologist. Anyone have any thoughts?
