The second my cna/HHA calls me (hospice, so we aren’t together very often) and tells me my patient isn’t looking great…. I’m 100% asking for a face time and dropping what I’m doing and heading that way next.

I was in icu and the nurse told me the tech would take me to the toilet 😅 I was mad I just took myself to the toilet I got yelled at for being off the monitor but i had 5 bags of LR just slammed haha

Every modern day nurse I ever met has forgotten these rules. My mom was a 35 year plus hospital nurse and this is how she worked. I love that you said this!
