y'all. if they keep Matilda that means they have less room to help more dogs. finding a forever home is almost always the goal for rescue dogs for this reason

All these people not understanding that “you should keep her” isn’t helpful for rescues. If they kept every dog, they couldn’t help other dogs that need rescue.

I have a 1 legged dachshund and it’s so much work but I do it because I love him. I pray she finds a home that puts in the work and cares for her. It’s mentally and physically exhausting to take care of a disabled dog. I wish the best for Matilda ❤
