No this is illegal- the fact many here haven’t advocated for ada (American disability acts) this is in strict violation of he has performed his duties for twenty years- not only can he get his job back they should absolutely sue- this violates everything .

My sister, who also had DS, was let go from Arby's after 19 years. She was the dining room attendant. It might have been because she was clearing tables while people were still eating...she was telling them, "you done." She got a lil impatient in her old age. lol god rest her ornery soul.
