Pearls of life wisdom :
The last claim is wrong. There is no one in the world who can control their own thoughts and know what his next though will be.

Not sure about the post’s truth but reframing bad memories into good ones does help “he wasn’t bullying me he was encouraging me to workout” for example

Yet remember, a claim means nothing. You must do the work in truth, eq, accountability and acceptance. Then you see and feel the painful memories as lessons learned from. And you’re thankful as they shaped you into who you are today.

I don’t hear songs, I witness them. Colors come alive, whispering stories only my mind seems to remember. Thank you for sharing. 🖤

I can do this but I do it on purpose. I’m in a situation where I don’t like the response I gave or the reaction I got I can connect an emotion to the memory and cause a different reaction next time however it is finicky I’ve been in situations where I wanted to respond stronger and with anger and it can re-program your brain to respond with anger to those situations as if you had some form of truma that caused it

And that’s why professionals stop learning, when they stop questioning, they stop learning.. you have to question the methods , the routines that you’re comfortable with. That pattern that you thought was great for you, doubt it, change it, experience , create, and question endlessly , only like that you can create new patterns and keep learning😊
