I'm a retired Australian and was in a high stress manufacturing food position. My acquaintances ask me what do I do all day. I say in reply 'what ever I want to do"...thats living. Having the choice and not compelled to perform and be the answer man.

I kinda had this happen to me strangely enough when I turned 50 I was laying in the hospital and decided right then my life needed to change. These are all valid points. Too bad we couldn’t learn them when we were younger. Thank for this I hope younger people learn from this, especially men.
