I lived in Finland for one year. He is really not kidding about the following morning after drinking. They had DUI checkpoints set up IN THE MORNING. Two reasons first they drink ALOT when they drink and they stay up pretty much all night. Second their laws are VERY strict in regard to DUI. This was early 90’s.
