@youthpastorryan: These rats are little superheroes! love rats as pets but now it's good to know they could also save my life! Here's the weird way rats are being used to help people!

Melynda Mayhem :

I would shamelessly watch a movie about Special Forces Stuart Little.

Tim :

They also have a speaker in the backpack so the rescuers can talk to the trapped person. These same rats can be trained to find AP landmines as well.

Tamara :

The Rescuers animated movie

Tina H. :

Ok, but like, are they trained to cuddle me while I'm waiting for rescue, because that, to me, would be top tier 😁

CrazyPoodleLife :

cryonicjim :

The ratatouille sequel we didn’t know we needed

Greg Peters :

Bernard and Bianca from the rescuers

mexmexarchivist :

They are one of the charities I've been giving to for years!! Those backpacks have been in development for a while. They also do tuber sniffing and mine finding. I love them!! I'm happy you did a post on them❤

Adventurer's Guild :

that is genuinely so cool! these rats deserve all the pets and treats

Kiki&TheKats :

Not The Rescuers in real life!!! (yes, I know they were mice, just let me have this, plz)

j :

yes! rats are super smart! little geniuses, they can drive! and play video games!

Conva84 :

Rats are genuinely some of the smartest and sweetest pets ever. They are amazing

Ophelia Can‘t Swim :

I‘m only fourth but the first three are all AI bots, so… first? 😅

Chad J Reid :

I lost it with Stuart little. I absolutely imagined Stuart doing tom cruise stunts finding people.

yunadubaer :

so, a sturat little movie where hes an adult, and chose to go into special rescue for a career.

C :

The rat showing up would just freak me out

Kozzers :

Leacheco :

I would be deeply confused if I see a rat coming to rescue me

Victoria :

This would make a great animated film.

Kirsten Stein519 :

Rats are so freaking smart. Mom’s if you are in the looking for a small pet for your kids phase, forget a hamster! Get a rat!! They are so social and friendly!!

KittyKittyMeowMeow1212 :

Ok I would definitely scream if I saw a rat. It would take a moment to recognize it was there to help. Poor rat RIP their self esteem

The Adequate Gatsby :

this is nifty as fuck

hospitalmedic :

I would think I had a brain injury if I saw a mouse pull a cord

Sea.Robin.dive :

Rats are such a slept on pet- mine was so smart and loving. I’d had hamsters and they were little devils- but my rat was the sweetest baby. 🐀 💙

Blinkidy_Bleep :

I seriously had to relisten and rewatch this a cpl times, bc i heard "trained to FIGHT humans" not FIND... the ripcord comment didn't help 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀
