So hey. I went through this. I had TSW…but I also had mold toxicity. If you’re not getting better…consider testing yourself for mold. Once I addressed that component, I got my life back.

Thanks for the update Ellie it’s good to heard from you!! I’ve been following since the beginning since I started in September 2023 so our timeline is very similar. It’s crazy how we can be doing great one day and then suddenly be flaring the next - it’s disheartening but we just have to keep going. Wishing you the best

I have been going through it for 2 1/2 year and my body is 100% clear but face and neck are still flaring. I felt so defeated I gave in to a steroid injection to help heal. I was steroid free for 2 1/2 months, but I gave in

Girl! I went through Tsw for 6 years . 6 years of hell on earth I’d say, but nmt and adding minerals and vitamins back in my body helped tremendously! Also rlt helped, you are gonna flare occasionally till you heal..

It’s so true isn’t it, if we let things go a bit we can flare at any time, the skin is still so weak. I’m 18 months in and this happens to me. Keep going, you know what to do, hopefully this flare will clear quickly and one day it will be gone for good
