I’m intrigued. I’ve never worn a waste trainer. Trying to figure out exactly how it shapes your body once it comes off? I need to Google the technology/concept. I thought it was like a weighted vest or something. You only wear when you are working out? But that doesn’t seem long enough to “train” your body. The idea is confusing to me, but I appreciate this post because now it has my wheels spinning!
