Another noodle recipe for you guys to try! This udon stir fry is sooo easy and delish. It comes together 30 min! Way better than takeout! 🍜🍴 Recipe⬇️ Beef: Slice skirt steak Marinate with: 1 tsp baking soda, ¼ cup water, 1 tbsp soy sauce Let sit while you prep Prep: • 3 cloves garlic (minced) • 1 white onion (sliced) • shiitake mushrooms (sliced) • broccoli florets • green onion (whites chopped, greens sliced) Sauce: Mix: 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp gochugaru Cook: Heat avocado oil in a wok on high • Cook beef 3–4 min until seared, then remove • Add onion, green onion whites, broccoli, cook 4-5 min • Add mushrooms, garlic, green onion greens • Add cooked udon noodles • Pour in sauce • Add beef back in and toss to combine Top with sesame seeds + more green onion! #udon #noodles #EasyRecipe #dinneridea #weeknightdinner
