In Cambria County, PA Brian Giles was convicted of first-degree murder and aggravated assault in connection to the 2018 disappearance and death of his wife Nancy. He also faces homicide charges in connection to the death of Jilly Todaro, whose remains were found in the basement of Gile’s home. While Giles continues to maintain his innocence in Todaro’s case, during his October 31st hearing, he requested to be moved from the Cambria County Prison to a state facility. The judge said she would review the request, although says she is not sure she has the authority to grant it. Giles' next hearing is set for December 16th, and he will remain at the Cambria County Prison as his transfer request plays out. #truecrime
