The way the police handled this situation is abhorrent. Why was a kidnapping victim on the side of the road for hours, with a perpetrator who was clearly mentally unwell. Then said they ‘had no changes’ to lay against him, because his protective order hadn’t been served. This system let this victim down terribly.

This whole story is so weird! He could've made this story but the way she acted at the station was off. Could be that she was mentally exhausted. He was booked for kidnapping, agravated assault, unlawful imprisonment, possesion of a weapon by a prohibited person yet he was charged with tampering with a witness.
