I'm 42, I'm not there just yet... but what i do know is that my periods are lasting way longer than they used to, heavier, and more painful. which is weird to me bc they haven't been painful since I was like 15 🫠

Yep, I’ve had that for abt a year and now I barely have periods but it’s also because of a uterine ablation. Either way, I gotta get on HRT soon.
