everybody says "geil" to everything. i say it all the time haha i completely deleted the fact that it might be offensive to people. mostly older people probably have issues with the word but the younger generation i think is using it limitless. also i think the word "cool" does a really bad job in describing something fabulous, like a tasty burger for example. the burger is geil, not cool looool

In German you can also use "umfahren" (to drive into someone or something) or "umfahren" (to drive around), only the stress is different.😂
