@imogengracejephson: PHILLY CHEESE STEAK SLIDERS 🥩🧀🍔 Ingredients 🛒 4 thin beef steaks Red pepper Red onion Garlic bulb Butter Parsley Paprika Mixed herbs Salt / pepper Beef stock cube / oxo cube 4 brioche buns Packet cheese sauce Olive oil Recipe 👩‍🍳 Chop pepper, onion, parsley, garlic and slice your steak into strips. In a dish add parsley, butter, half your crushed garlic and melt in the oven. In a frying pan add oil, your sliced steak, pepper, onion, remaining garlic and season with paprika, pepper, mixed herbs and a crushed oxo / beef stock cube. In a separate pan, add your cheese sauce mix, 300ml milk and mix until perfect consistency. On a baking tray load your brioche buns with your steak mix, cheese sauce and Mozzerella.
